Tuttusoni Restaurant

Gallurese cuisine, local ingredients, and heartfelt hospitality between sea and countryside.

Architecture

The dining hall is a faithful reconstruction of the ancient livestock enclosure, topped by a large conical roof that subtly recalls the millenary pastoral huts of Sardinia.

True Farm-to-Table Taste

All products come from our own farm, specialized in cattle and pig farming, vegetable and fruit cultivation, and wine production.

A Restaurant Between Sea and Granite

Where every dish tells the story of Sardinia.

Guests of the Agriturismo can dine at Turismo Rurale Tuttusoni, our affiliated restaurant.

The cuisine is Mediterranean, deeply rooted in Gallurese tradition. Dishes celebrate the island’s authentic flavors, enhanced by a carefully curated wine cellar featuring local labels and native grape varieties. With the guidance of our in-house sommelier, every wine narrates the land, the climate, and the food culture of Sardinia.

The menu includes traditional specialties based on meat and fish, prepared with fresh, genuine ingredients.

The indoor dining room, inspired by ancient pastoral huts, is made unique by the striking presence of a large granite rock at its center. The sea-view veranda opens naturally onto the patio, where guests can enjoy aperitifs and chef-prepared tastings, surrounded by the stillness of the Gallurese countryside.

Organic Products

We are a certified organic agriturismo and agri-restaurant, offering products grown without the use of synthetic substances. We choose to preserve traditional farming practices and ensure healthy, high-quality food.
